Avanti Real Estate, Inc. Real Property Tax Exemption Amendment Act of 2025

As introduced Bill 26-19 would exempt from taxation the real property located at 3421 14th Street, N.W. Provisions of this bill have been incorporated into Bill 26-265, Budget Support Act of 2025.
