Marion S. Barry Summer Youth Employment Program Creditable Service Benefit Amendment Act of 2025

As introduced Bill 26-43 would provide that participation in a Marion S. Barry Summer Youth Employment Program will contribute to creditable service for purposes of retirement for a participant meeting the specified requirements who becomes a District government employee.
