Planning Actively for Recreational upKeep so Neighborhood Resources Elevate Communities (PARKSNREC) Amendment Act of 2025

As introduced, Bill 26-161 would require the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) to notify residents in the event of the closure or removal of ADA-compliant and inclusive playground and park infrastructure.
