Increasing Support for Grandparent and Close Relative Caregivers Amendment Act of 2025

As introduced, Bill 26-398 would increase the rate of subsidy provided to grandparent and closes relative caregivers by annually adjusting the subsidy for inflation. It would also allow for the grandparent caregiver subsidy to be granted until the child reaches age 21. FISCAL NOTE - This legislation is passed Subject to Appropriations.
