988 Lifeline Support and Sustainability Establishment Amendment Act of 2025

As introduced, Bill 26-462 would establish a 988 Lifeline and Crisis Services Fund. It would designate the fund’s authorized uses, and impose a service fee on telecommunication services to be deposited into the fund.
