Apprenticeships and Credentials as Pathways to Prosperity Act of 2025

As introduced, Bill 26-488 would establish the Pathways to Prosperity Program to provide zero-interest forgivable loans for tuition and living expenses. It would establish a non-lapsing fund to support the program and also establish eligibility criteria and conditions of participation.
