Housing Production Omnibus Amendment Act of 2026

As introduced, Bill 26-0597 would replace the existing Housing Production Trust Fund and related programs with a unified master fund. The Housing Opportunity Fund is organized into sub-accounts dedicated to specific policy purposes which include: housing production, affordable housing subsidy, preservation, tenant purchase support and District acquisition.
