Advancing Fair Employment for All Ages Act; enact

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 34-1-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to prohibition of age discrimination in employment, so as to change the age of individuals protected by such prohibition; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
