Allows retirees of the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia to be employed by the Department of Education while continuing to receive their retirement benefits.
Individuals employed by the Department of Education who are beneficiaries of the Teachers Retirement System will continue to receive their retirement benefits but will not accrue additional creditable service for this employment, with some exceptions.
