A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 7 of Title 44 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to dispossessory proceedings, so as to provide for a tenant seeking to limit public access to records of the court relating to dispossessory actions to be sealed under certain circumstances; to provide for exemptions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
