LONG-TERM CARE RATE LIMIT

Amends the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act, the Nursing Home Care Act, the MC/DD Act, and the ID/DD Community Care Act. Provides that a service delivery contract or other contract between a facility and a resident shall not permit rate increases for a resident's room and board before the expiration of the residency period specified in the contract.
