DHS-OVERDOSE PREVENTION SITES

Amends the Substance Use Disorder Act. Establishes an advisory committee to (i) advise and consult with the Department of Human Services on the establishment of an education program for community stakeholders on the benefits of overdose prevention sites (OPS) and (ii) the adoption of rules to authorize the establishment and maintenance of a pilot OPS that shall operate in a municipality with a population greater than 2,000,000.
