JUV CT-SUBSEQ FIREARM OFFENSE

Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Provides that when the court places a minor on probation for an offense that involves the possession or discharge of a firearm not causing any injury, and the minor has previously been placed on probation for an offense that involves the possession or discharge of a firearm not causing any injury, the probation agency shall: (1) conduct an individualized assessment of the minor's needs; (2) identify the array of services available in the community where the…
