Reinserts the provisions of the bill with these changes. Requires the court to grant a request for remote hearing unless good cause is shown to deny the request. Provides that a petitioner may not be denied a protective order solely on the basis that the petitioner or the respondent is incarcerated in a penal institution at the time of the issuance of the order.
