Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes. Changes the definition of "adult changing station" by adding references to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Changes the definition of "public building" by adding a requirement that the building be constructed on or after January 1, 2029, allowing the owner or operator of one building or structure located in a place of recreation to designate that building or structure as a public building, and specifying that…
