DCEO-SMALL BUSINESS GRANT

Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity shall establish and administer a Small Business Restoration Grant Program to assist small businesses in the State that have been affected by the actions of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) during Operation Midway Blitz.
