Amends the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that any person who is part of or becomes part of a bargaining unit for which a participating municipality is required to contribute to a Taft-Hartley pension plan under a collective bargaining agreement or other written agreement in effect on or before the effective date of the amendatory Act shall be deemed to be an employee for any period on or after July 16, 2014.
