JUV CT-FITNESS TO STAND TRIAL

Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill. Provides that inpatient placement in a mental health or developmental disabilities facility may only be ordered if the minor is found unfit due to a mental illness or developmental disability and exhibits clinical needs warranting a hospital level of care.
