DCEO-SMALL BUSINESS LOANS

Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with changes. Provides that the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity shall establish a loan program to provide low interest loans to small businesses that have been negatively impacted by an economic shock (in the introduced bill, federal immigration enforcement).
