ABORTION ACCESS FUND GRANTS

Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes. Replaces references to abortion care services and abortion services with "abortions". Removes provisions concerning rulemaking and disclosure requirements for the Department of Public Health in provisions creating the Abortion Access Fund Grant Program.
