DOMESTIC VIOLENCE-JUVENILES

Amends the Illinois Domestic Violence Act of 1986. Deletes the requirement that the law enforcement officer must use the Adolescent Domestic Battery Typology Tool in the investigation of a juvenile who has alleged abused a family or household member in deciding whether to divert the juvenile or assist the juvenile and the juvenile's family in finding alternative placement.
