PROCUREMENT-UNIVERSITIES

Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that provisions of the Code concerning single prime projects in which a public institution of higher education is a construction agency awarding building construction contracts in excess of $250,000 apply through December 31, 2032 (currently, December 31, 2026). Effective immediately.
