ROADS-BLUE REFLECTIVE MARKERS
Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Allows a unit of local government to place a pavement marker on any highway, street, or road to mark the location of a fire hydrant or water supply on the side of the highway, street, or road near the fire hydrant or water supply. Provides that the blue pavement markings shall consist of a 4-inch square.
