Amends the Public Safety Employee Benefits Act. Provides that a child or posthumous child of a firefighter, law enforcement, or correctional or correctional probation officer shall not be denied benefits under this Act on the basis that the child had not been born or had not been designated as a beneficiary on the date the firefighter, law enforcement, or correctional or correctional probation officer was killed.
