An Act To Declare That All Forms Of Discrimination In The Criminal Justice System Are Prohibited; To Require Certain State And Local Governmental Entities To Provide Employee Training In Antidiscrimination Laws And To Adopt Policies And Take Such Other Measures As May Be Necessary To Ensure That Their Activities Connected With The Criminal Justice System Are Free Of Discrimination; And For Related Purposes.
