An Act To Amend Section 71-11-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow The Department Of Employment Security, In Conjunction With The State Tax Commission, Secretary Of State, Department Of Human Services And The Attorney General, To Promulgate Rules And Regulations Restricting State Incentives For Employers Who Use H-1b Visa Labor Over The Labor Of United States Citizens; To Describe The Types Of Incentives To Be Evaluated In Such Rules And Regulations; And For Related Purposes.
