An Act To Amend Section 27-33-75, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow An Exemption From All Ad Valorem Taxes On The Assessed Value Of The Homestead Property For A Qualified Homeowner Who Is An American Veteran Who Has Been Honorably Discharged From Military Service, For A Qualified Homeowner Who Has Reached 65 Years Of Age And His Or Her Unremarried Surviving Spouse, And For An Active-duty Member Of The United States Armed Forces; And For Related Purposes.
