Reduce Early Voting Period
This bill would shorten the early voting period for all elections in North Carolina. Currently, early voting can begin on the third Thursday before an election and end on the last Saturday. This bill would change the start date to the second Thursday before the election. It also makes changes to early voting periods for special elections and municipal elections.
