Uninsured Patient Fees

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 44-7-55 So As To Prohibit Hospitals From Charging Fees To Uninsured Patients In Excess Of The Maximum Fees Charged To Insured Patients For The Same Services.
