Excused student absences for Veteran's Day activities

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 59-29-120, Relating To The Authority Of Schools To Excuse Students To Attend Veteran's Day Activities, So As To Require Schools To Excuse Students To Attend Such Activities.
