Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 51-3-60, Relating To Use Of Facilities Free Of Charge By Disabled Veterans, So As To Allow Any South Carolina Resident Who Is A Veteran To Enter Any State Park Free Of Charge.
