Police Officer Retirement System

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 9-11-115 So As To Provide That A Non-vested Member Of The Police Officer's Retirement System Who Dies In The Line Of Duty Shall Receive A One-time Lump Sum Benefit Payment.
