AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 5; Title 9; Title 13 and Title 71, Chapter 5, relative to housing programs.

As introduced, creates within the agency the Housing Opportunity and Pathways to Education (HOPE) pilot program to provide support to homeless families and those at risk of homelessness. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 9; Title 13 and Title 71, Chapter 5.
