AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 53; Title 68 and Title 71, relative to temporary assistance for needy families.

As introduced, requires the department to annually report by December 1 of each year to legislative committees with jurisdiction over the subject matter pertaining to health concerning the effectiveness of the drug testing program for TANF applicants. - Amends TCA Title 53; Title 68 and Title 71.
