AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 36; Title 37 and Title 68, relative to children.

As introduced, requires the department to make forms promulgated for use by courts, agencies, and persons in the adoption process available on the department's website. - Amends TCA Title 36; Title 37 and Title 68.
