AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 67, Chapter 6, relative to food and food ingredients.

As introduced, exempts the retail sale of food and food ingredients purchased with an EBT card by a recipient of SNAP benefits from the sales and use tax. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 6.
