AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 40, Chapter 38, Part 6, relative to the address confidentiality program.

As enacted, adds persons required by law to register as a persistent domestic violence offender to the list of persons who are not eligible to participate in the address confidentiality program; makes various other changes to the address confidentiality program. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 38, Part 6.
