AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39; Title 43 and Title 57, relative to hemp.

As introduced, revises the definition of hemp to align with the federal definition as enacted in the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act of 2026. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 43 and Title 57.
