AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 13, Chapter 7, relative to zoning.

As introduced, removes requirement that a structure rebuilt on a site must conform to the zoning regulations existing at the time of the new construction. - Amends TCA Title 13, Chapter 7.
