AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 18; Section 38-6-103; Title 39 and Title 40, relative to domestic violence.

As introduced, changes the time within which a court clerk must forward a certified copy of a conviction of an offense committed against a domestic violence victim to the Tennessee bureau of investigation from within seven days of the conviction to within seven business days of the conviction. - Amends TCA Title 18; Section 38-6-103; Title 39 and Title 40.
