AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 12 and Title 13, relative to zoning.

As introduced, requires a person to reside in the county at least 12 months prior to being eligible to be appointed to a county board of zoning appeals. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 12 and Title 13.
