AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4 and Title 49, relative to Charlie Kirk memorials.

As introduced, requires the governing board for each public institution of higher education to install and maintain a "Charlie Kirk Memorial Courtyard for Civil Debate" at the main campus of each public institution of higher education governed by the board. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 49.
