As introduced, removes an obsolete reference to July 1, 2000, as the initial date after which the department of health must ensure that application forms for TennCare uninsured or uninsurable coverage under the Medical Assistance Act apprise applicants of the requirements of the act. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 7; Title 8; Title 12; Title 14; Title 33; Title 47; Title 52; Title 56; Title 62; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
