Adds to the list of signs exempt from certain requirements for outdoor advertising in sight of public highways signs containing advertisements or notices that have been authorized by a county or a city and that are securely affixed to real property that is owned by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, provided that such signs comply with any applicable federal requirements.
