Relating to Department of Human Services authority to contract with certain providers

The purpose of this bill is to provide the Secretary of the Department of Human Services with the authority to enter into contracts and partnerships with child welfare providers, including faith-based organizations, to carry out the statutory responsibilities imposed upon the Department of Human Services under Chapter 49.
