Extending statute of limitations for bringing actions for gender reassignment surgeries

The purpose of this bill is to extend the statute of limitations for bringing actions for gender reassignment surgeries, provide for additional damages in actions filed against surgeons for medical injuries from gender reassignment surgeries and the prescribing of medications related to gender reassignment procedures and therapies.
