Relating to codifying the guidelines for nutritionally adequate school breakfasts and lunches

The purpose of this bill is to codify the guidelines for nutritionally adequate school breakfasts and lunches within Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as well as the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
