Modifying the Occupational Pneumoconiois award categories for Worker’s Compensation

The purpose of this bill is to establish a set of payment guidelines for pulmonary massive fibroids without current pulmonary impairment in order to care for those who face future impairment that would otherwise fall outside of the timeframe for filing a complaint.
