Providing for an increase service of process fees and fees in shipping and handling expenses for execution of service of process

The purpose of this bill is to provide for an increase in service of process fees and fees in shipping and handling expenses for execution of service of process by certified mail upon any defendant and to provide for certain exemptions for foreign veteran-owned businesses.
