Removing the one-time limit on the expungement of certain criminal convictions

The purpose of this bill is to remove the one-time limit on the expungement of certain criminal convictions. The bill also removes burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary from the specific crimes for which eligibility for expungement is limited.
